The Resilience-Building Leader Program equips leaders to do the hard, daily work of building teams that can perform in adversity, adapt in change, and keep learning together. The framework was developed through job-task analysis and validated for continued relevance in today’s workplaces, making it a practical leadership credential rather than a generic theory course.

Get Certification Prep Training
Register Today: Classes are offered twice monthly
Flying Cloud Solutions offers certification prep training for individuals and small groups. The prep training is always instructor-led and can be completed in an online classroom!
Certification prep training (oral exam rehearsal) specifically prepares you to sit for one of the RBLP Leadership Certification exams. Courses in Resilience-Building Leadership offered by colleges, universities, and employers are not a substitute for certification prep training.
Prior to meeting with your instructor, review each training module and answer reflection questions about your leader/follower experience.
During your training, the instructor will guide you through a discussion of each leader task to ensure you are well-prepared for your certification exam.

Veteran Approved
