App · Tater AI
Beta
The second facilitator in the room.
Tater AI is a live co-facilitator. It helps you plan the session, works the room with you as it unfolds (summaries, word clouds, polls, slides on the fly), and writes the recaps afterward. You run the room. Tater is the guide on the side.
Working, with early users. Ask for access.
What the room heard · sample
The tension that keeps coming up
Heard at five of eight tables, in different words
Where tables converged without talking
The same idea, phrased four ways
The thing nobody said
The gap worth raising in the debrief
The problem
You do the planning, the facilitating, and the follow-up. Alone, you can only be in one place at a time.
Who it's for
- Facilitators and trainers
- L&D teams running workshops
- Conference speakers
- Leaders running offsites and strategy sessions
How it works
Before, during, and after the session.
- 01
It helps you plan
Before the session, Tater works with you to shape the agenda, the prompts, and where you want the conversation to go.
- 02
It works the room live
Ask it to summarize where the discussion is, spin up a word cloud, a poll, or the next slide on the fly, so you move the conversation where it needs to go.
- 03
It keeps the room human
Tater puts the room's own ideas back in front of everyone in real time, so people confirm, correct, and build on them, and the session runs on what they actually said.
- 04
It recaps for everyone
Afterward Tater captures the feeling of the room and writes tailored recaps for the facilitator, the organizer, or participants, down to a 30, 60, or 90-day plan.
The beta is open
We are looking for facilitators.
If you lead workshops, trainings, offsites, or conference sessions, we want Tater planning, facilitating, and recapping alongside you, and your honest feedback on what it gets right and where it breaks.
What you get
- Early access to Tater AI
- A direct line to the team building it
- A real say in what gets built next
What we ask
- Run Tater in at least one live session
- Tell us what broke, plainly
- A short debrief call afterward
Apply to test Tater
Every facilitator knows the feeling. You march through a deck instead of following the room. The best discussion happens at a table you never reached. And the next step gets set from the slice of the room you happened to be near.
Tater AI stands beside you before, during, and after, so you can run a session that is genuinely human-centered and built on the ideas of the room, not a lecture at it.
Built for trust
Accuracy you can see being checked.
Validated out loud. Tater’s summaries and suggestions go up in front of the room while it is live, so people confirm or correct them on the spot. If Tater misses, the room fixes it.
You stay in control. Tater is the guide on the side. You decide what to show, what to act on, and where the conversation goes.
Nothing gets lost. When people sign in, Tater can attribute who said what. Recaps and session data are kept and shared with the audiences you choose.
Born in a real room
Tater co-facilitated AI Curiosity to Learning Impact at TechLearn 2026: a sixty-minute, hands-on Be AI-gile workshop for L&D teams, where participants worked their own cases and Tater worked the room alongside us, summarizing where tables landed and putting patterns back up for the room to react to.
