Scan and find
Photograph a badge, business card, handwritten name or LinkedIn QR. Spudnik reads name, title and company, even offline, then ranks up to three likely LinkedIn profiles and explains why. You confirm the match. No scraping, no face recognition.

Capture
Voice notes are transcribed and tagged to the right people and talks. Slide photos become searchable text.

Draft
After the event, Spudnik drafts a personal email for each person and a LinkedIn post about what you learned, built from your own notes, with placeholders where facts are missing. Approved emails land in your Outlook or Gmail Drafts. Nothing sends on its own.

Sync
Send the people you meet to HubSpot, Salesforce or Dynamics 365. Preview before anything goes, records match by email so there are no duplicates, and marketing consent is respected per person.

Trust and privacy
The people you meet trust you with their details. Spudnik treats that seriously.
Encrypted with your own key. Notes, transcripts, drafts, emails, phone numbers, photos and recordings sit under a key unique to you that you can rotate.
Your data, your exit. Download or delete everything. Voice recordings and badge photos auto-delete after 30 days by default.
Its own orbit. Spudnik keeps its own database, separate from Tater AI’s. Tater only shares who you are and your plan.
No faces, no scraping, no training. AI providers don’t train on your data.
